THE AUBERGE:<\/strong><\/p>

No deposit is required but a valid credit card is necessary as a guarantee.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your arrival date at no charge.<\/span><\/p>

If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, 50% of your stay will be charged to your credit card.<\/span><\/p>

In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the same day, the full amount of the stay is due.<\/span><\/p>

In the event of late arrival, please notify the reception desk.<\/span><\/p>

The balance of the stay must be paid on arrival.<\/span><\/p>

The contract is non-transferable. Under no circumstances may the number of guests exceed the capacity of the accommodation or pitch stated on the contract. In the event of late arrival or early departure, in relation to the dates mentioned on your booking form, the total amount of your stay will remain due. Arrival:<\/strong>\u00a0 between 4:00PM and 8:00 PM<\/p>

Departure:<\/strong> \u00a0Before 11:00 am<\/p>

At the Auberge, arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm. Auberge residents must vacate their rooms by 11:00 am. Please inform reception if you arrive after 8pm, as after 8pm it will be an autonomous arrival.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

  • The speed limit of 8 KM Maximum per hour MUST be respected.<\/strong>\u00a0 If a second notice is required, you will be asked to leave the campground immediately!<\/li>
  • Visitors:\u00a0 On arrival, park in the parking lot (do not block the gate) ad go into the office to pay the required fee as per the rate due for your visit.\u00a0 \u00a0A visitor is required to leave no later than 23.00 hours and while visiting, must respect the campground rules\u2026\u00a0 All campers or Auberge residents with visitors are responsible for the actions of their visitors.<\/li>
  • All animals are not allowed in the Auberge.\u00a0<\/li>
  • Containers for garbage and for recycling are available for your use on the main street beside the garage.<\/li>
  • The pool is free of charge and for use solely by campers or residents of the Auberge.<\/li>
  • It is forbidden to smoke inside any buildings, including the Auberge and rental campers, or in any area of the play park , around the pool, or water park area.\u00a0 \u00a0NO use of Cannabis is allowed anywhere in the campground.\u00a0 (not anywhere beside the lake, on a path, roads, parks, or anywhere on your site).<\/li>
  • Do not park any equipment or vehicle on an empty site.<\/li>
  • It is not permitted to plug in an electric Vehicle.\u00a0 You must use the recharging station ($) to recharge.<\/strong><\/li>
  • Auberge residents must not make loud noises in respect of their neighbours. Quiet time is 22.00 hours.<\/li>
  • Bicycles, or scooters, etc are not allowed to circulate in the campground after dark.<\/li>
  • Do not cut or do anything to damage the trees.<\/li>
  • Weapons of any type, guns, pistols, bow and arrows, BB guns, Knives, are not allowed in the campground.\u00a0 No extreme or hurtful language, swearing or poor behaviour will be tolerated.<\/li>
  • Auberge Papillon Lune and its direction will not be held responsible for any accident or injury that may happen on the grounds of the campground or on any site.\u00a0 Auberge Papillon Lune and its direction are not responsible for any items lost or stolen.\u00a0 Auberge Papillon Lune and its direction may not be held responsible for any damage caused by loss of electricity (whole or partial) caused by climate or atmospheric conditions, or by falling trees or branches, or by flooding, as well as damage caused by acts of other campers including injury caused by animals of other campers or their guests.<\/li>
  • Auberge Papillon Lune reserves the right to refuse entry to any person, guest, or camper at their discretion.<\/li>
  • Auberge Papillon Lune reserves the right to expulse without reimbursement anyone whose conduct is deemed undesirable or anyone who does not adhere to the rules and regulations.<\/li>
